At New Life Chapel, our kids (newborns-5th graders) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way!
Here's what to expect when visiting New Life Kids for the first time:
When you walk into our Kids Building, located next door to our main building, our Kids Check-In Volunteers will meet your family, check your child into our secure check-in system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room. We recommend allowing yourself at least 10 extra minutes on your first visit as it takes a little longer to check-in your child on their first visit.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information. This information will help us to keep your child as safe as possible while they're in our care.
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Child's name
- Child's birth date
- Parent's phone number
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child
How check-in works
Before Service: You can check-in your child at our check-in counter, located to the right as you walk through the double-doors of our Kids Building. After one of our volunteers checks your child in, you will both receive name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion, while you hold on to the matching tag.
After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag for your child to be released back to you.
During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on our screen in the auditorium. We ask that you head to the Kids Building, walk up to the check-in counter, and show them your tag. One of our volunteers will further assist you.
